All payments are secured through our PayPal portal. If you do not wish to use a PayPal account, debit and credit card payments are also accepted through this secure portal by selecting the ‘Check Out as a Guest’ option.
No customer debit or credit card numbers are viewed or stored by us at any point.
We do not accept payment via cheque.
All orders should be placed via either the website www.custombusblinds.com or www.custombusblinds.co.uk.
Once payment has been received via the secure online payment service provided by PayPal you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your specified e-mail address confirming your order details.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any errors or changes required within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation.
It is the customer's responsibility to advise us of non-receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
DESIGN TOOL PREVIEW
The design tool offers an instant artistic representation of your chosen text, colours, mount and frame. Due to technical limitations it is not 100% perfect. Text positions and colours are a digital representation and therefore may vary slightly when printed. Overall sizes are approximate and are given as a rough guide.
Text, background, mount and frame colours and sizes may differ from that shown on the design tool due to conversion from a digital representation to a product hand-made from natural materials.
All sizes quoted are approximate and should be used as a guide only.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their chosen text, spellings, colours, layout and font are all correct before proceeding to payment. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make any changes.
All our signs are hand-made from natural materials and as such slight variations may occur between signs of the same specifications.
Bespoke sign shapes, sizes, fonts and colours may incur extra charges. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description and contact details, and we will be in touch to discuss further. Please also be prepared to send us an image to illustrate your specification (in jpeg, png or pdf format).
Alternative fonts must be free to use for us to print them on your sign.
All artworks are usually dispatched within 10 working days of receiving payment. If we are unable to dispatch within the stated time frame we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.
Dispatch will be to the specified delivery address and once received will become the sole responsibility of the customer.
All items are shipped using a specialised courier service. A signature will be required upon receipt.
* Standard delivery is £10 within the UK mainland. Larger signs may cost more.
Delivery outside the UK is also calculated automatically when an order is placed. If your country is not in the drop down list, please just get in touch and we will give you a personalised quotation.
If an item is returned due to a failed delivery, the customer will be charged an additional fee to cover return costs.
UK orders that have not been received within 15 business days after dispatch should be reported to us directly and we will assist in tracking the order. Please do not report an item missing until 15 business days has expired from dispatch.
Non-UK orders that have not been received within 30 business days after dispatch should be reported to us directly and we will assist in tracking the order. Please do not report an item missing until 30 business days has expired from dispatch.
All our signs are individually personalized to the customers requirements and as such they are not eligble for return, refund or exchange so please read our product description and view our extensive gallery images to ensure your material and sign writing process is as required.
We may require photographic evidence or ask that the product is returned to us for further investigation by ourselves or the postal services if either damage in transit or faulty goods are claimed.
Signs received damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as we are notified to the same specifications as the original order.
Custom Bus Blinds reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time prior to dispatch. In such cases payments will be returned.
Each sign will be made to the customer’s specification. We only offer refunds if an error has been made in relation to the original specification. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the incorrect product and you will receive either a full refund or a corrected replacement.
Custom Bus Blinds will not disclose buyers’ information to any third parties nor store any sensitive information.
Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents during the design and ordering process.
The customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified www.custombusblinds.co.uk and www.custombusblinds.com against all claims, costs, demands and expenses against the Company or any of its employees, howsoever incurred, arising out of the printing or distribution by the Company of any matter that is or may be unlawful, criminal, tortuous or libellous, or that infringes or may infringe any copyright, patent or design.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance.
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
The online design tool and all designs by its use are the reserved property of www.custombusblinds.co.uk and www.custombusblinds.com.
Any copyright infringement of the site and/or any of its contents will be reported to the appropriate body and dealt with in accordance of the law.
